As a Director of CAC BHARAT, I strongly believe in the words by Sister Nibedita, ” If you educate a man, you educate an individual. But if you educate a woman, you educate a nation. “I simultaneously believe in the power of women to achieve social and economic progress in India.Our organisation play a vital role in providing training and placement services to students and we must ensure that women have equal access to these opportunities.
We need to create an environment that promotes gender equality and inclusivity, where women are encouraged to pursue their goals and dreams without any discrimination. In addition to this, we should focus on providing mentorship and networking opportunities to women, so that they can build professional connections and learn from successful women leaders. We should also raise about the importance of women’s education and encourage more girls to pursue higher education .
We should provide a safe and supportive environment for women in our organisation and ensure that they are treated with dignity and respect. We should have zero tolerance for any kind of harassment or discrimination against women and provide them with the necessary support and resources to deal with such situations.
