A CNC Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC extrusion machines to produce parts and components according to specifications. The role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and adherence to quality standards to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Machine Setup and Operation:
- Configure and set up CNC extrusion machines based on production requirements.
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and feed rates.
- Operate the machine following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
